 ipa is an idyllic Pannonian village which spreads out over the flat part of Prekmurje. It lies four kilometres away from the municipality centre of Beltinci. A cycle track connects the village with Beltinci and Odranci. The village of Lipa is famous for potato cultivation and potato dishes, especially for a dish called langaš - a dish which is made of a fried potato dough.
In the centre of the village stands a traditional Prekmurian wooden house which is covered in mud and its farmyard. The purpose of this newly erected house is to represent Prekmurian folk architecture and the former way of rural life. The tourist information office inside the house offers information on the comprehensive tourist attractions of the trans-frontier tourist destination Ecomuseum Mura.
